Cowgirls Finest gladly accepts returns within 7 days of fulfillment for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. All returned items must be smoke-free, perfume-free, and free of pet hair.

Damages & Issues
Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order separately.
